"Audu Ogbeh, 71, said that Nigerians are ‘using their cellphones to import pizza from London’ as he addressed the Senate Committee on Agriculture in Abuja. Describing it as ‘annoying’, he expressed concern over the country’s importation of goods exceeding the exportation."

Oh Ogbeh thinks i's annoying does he? So what.. Who cares?

They improt more than they export.. What do we want from them? Nothing. Why would we moan if they buy products from us?
Obviously a gaping hole in the market for some young entrepreneurs there.
Well if we give them foreign aid, they could spend that on stuff from anywhere or pizzas back from us. Seems a good circle

Surely we'd rather sell them pizzas then watch someone else do it?

How heartless can one be. A Hawaiian for me down here in the colonies, please.
I can just imagine a Dominos pizza man turning up on a moped beside the aircraft at Heathrow shouting "Pizza for Mr Nwankwo"
That Minister could be Nigeria's David Lammy.
That Minister has a very good imagination.
If only instead of pizza it was cars, billions of pounds worth of cars.
"the BBC has been unable to find any evidence to back up the minister's claim."
