Why is everyone saying 17.2 million?
It's utterly irrelevant. Who cares how long and loudly those unable to accept that they were the minority opinion, can complain, "It isn't fair, we want our own way" ? They simply show thenselves up. Were it to achieve anything then it would be the betrayed majority who would have the valid complaint.
