I've been happily using this Garnier product for so many years. It's clear and concentrated with no perfume and leaves hair feeling great.
Apparently it has now been discontinued.
Can any members suggest a similar shampoo with the properties of Neutralia?

I'm no expert here (largely because I've not got that much hair left) but, given the low price (£2.50 or two for £3 in Tesco) it might be worth giving the 'Simple' product a try. (It's unscented, so it matches at least part of your requirements):

PS: Ignore the 'Preparation and Usage' information in that link - unless you use a washing machine to wash your hair, of course!

Thanks Buenchico, I will certainly give that a try.
I bought different shampoos for my husband, but he still doesn't satisfied. He tried Clean&Cleare, Syos and other mass-market. Also, he tried the middle section like Yeve Roscher. Our last chance before we will go to Dior is these shampoos. I don't know what we will choose. But one of my favourites is Regenepure DR.

Hope it will help you! Good luck!
Hello there. I am a fan of Garnier myself. Try searching here - https://mystraightener.com/best-hair-mask-restore-shine-and-softness-of-your-hair/ I think there should be mentioned one with similar properties.
