Hi everyone, someone sent me one of these puzzles that they couldn't get the answers to and I've been wracking my brains with no luck but would love to know the answers. Does anyone have a clue please, if so can you let me know? Thanks for your help and good luck.

I thought the 39 one was Numbers on a UK Roulette Wheel but there are only 37 with zero.
