There seems a hell of a lot of people bad off? out of work maybe, I've seen such a lot of folk walking round in jeans with all holes down the front/ around the knees, don't they know how to stich them up. Really feel sorry for them.

Obviously those 'streey hoodlems' may have adapted from the prison style, but in the UK i think it is less so
