If there is a white painted circle on the road 4-5 ft diameter at a 4 way junction. No signs on poles. Does the same rules apply. Give way to a car turning right. If the car is already on the junction.

Highway Code Rule 188 says:

"188 (mini-roundabouts):

Approach these in the same way as normal roundabouts.

All vehicles must pass round the central markings except large vehicles which are physically incapable of doing so . . . "

Thanks Chris. Should have added. On a undesignated industrial estate road. B&Q Halfords Aldi ect.

If you download the document in this link, it gives the description of a mini-roundabout. Unless the painted circle has three arrows around it showing the direction of travel, it's not a mini-roundabout.

You need only read page four to see the definition and the image. Does the mini-roundabout you're querying have the three directional arrows?
