OG, //Are they protesting outside secondary schools too ? //

Good point.
Jeremy Vine has a fantastic interview on today’s show with a transgender girl and her parents, I suggest some of you should listen to it!
if anything it gives them a reason to say, we want islamic schools
with sharia indoctrination, all things islamic and anti western.
Apparently the lessons were not actually cancelled, there weren't any scheduled for the latter part of term anyway.
Rockrose, //Jeremy Vine has a fantastic interview on today’s show with a transgender girl and her parents, I suggest some of you should listen to it! //

Why?
I think a level of uninformed hysteria is growing up around the notion of education in aspects of sexuality outside heterosexuality.

Some parents believe that the lessons will teach their children that being a transsexual is actually compulsory, remember the dreaded phrase 'promoting' which always kickstarts a row.

I am absolutely I favour of educating children rationally about the differences in others, but that has to be carefully constructed and delivered, and the first essential is the age group of the children is appropriate to avoid even further confusion.

You are letting your Christian bigotry and superiority get in the way again. In your world on the 'Christian' way is the right way - and even Jesus allowed for people who did not believe.

It's a complex world we live in - taking the moral high ground and condemning anything that you see as 'abnormal' is not the inclusivity and love that your faith is supposed to believe.

Not for the first time, your much trumpeted 'beliefs' and your actual prurient narrowminded bigotry clash on here.
