I have written twice to the Advertising Standards Authy at HIgh Holborn London .to complain about certain TV Adverts for Carpet sales. This was the only address I could find and I have had no reply from them at all.

Who do I write to to complain about TV advertising?

Mallyh - Complaint about free fitting on carpets which isn't true
as you still have to pay on the end.
Not good on computers, can't follow proceedure on www.asa.org.uk.
