I still haven't received my item via Royal Mail. I have tracked it and there hasn't been any movement since Monday it arrived Northwest RDC(Warrington).

I tried to ring and done my best with the instructions - I had to give the tracking number to the automatic "answer lady" - can't remember the correct word.

However with my having lisp the correct tracking number is not being picked up and so I am being cut off.

What else can I do to contact them. thanks - would my postman know when I see him

right Danny - I have indeed contacted the seller earlier - maybe I'll get a response later. thanks
Go to your local office where they might be able to track it down. It is really the sender's responsibility though. I would let them try.

thanks Rowan - this happened some years ago and I went down to the office and they just handed me a phone number so a vicious circle. hopefully i'll hear from the sender
Jenny, if you don't hear from the sender within a reasonable time ring them again and point out that it is their responsibility to supply you with the goods ordered.

thanks all for your help. wee update I emailed sender and he/she is looking into it. do think the problem lies with royal mail.
