What a quandary.... :-(

The quote for my car insurance renewal was £281 so, like others, I phoned to get it brought down.
The only change is having Dave as a named driver and that was when they came up with a new quote.......£181.........great.......I've saved £100......but....

Do I give Dave half the saving....or spend it all on shoes?..... :-)

Driving shoes?

Gness was out today driving Dave's Siegried car.
Feeling fresh and free in this magical throaty Audi car.
Cruising the winding country lanes beneath the tall green trees.
Early morning sun shining down,
Creating dark shadow, mixing with the cool winter breeze.
Gripped to the undulating potholed tarmac,
Remembering this is not exactly a race track.
Driving through damp patches where the sun had not seen.
An occasional glance in the mirror to see where she had just been.
Always leaving behind a beautiful memorable scene.
(of chaos and life far from serene)

The roads are quite, the Wendi birds singing, time is moving fast.
The soft purr of the exhaust changing to a turboed roar, every time gness's heels step on the gas.
What a lovely day to come out to play.
Gness could do this every AB day.
A feel-good factor of powerful energy generating from Dave's car.
Most exhilarating, the best feeling ever by far.
Gives life absorbing natural sounds and smells for a brain in need.
Even more so at a gentle speed (what's that?)
To savour the atmosphere that presents itself here.
Its a wonderful feeling, it just makes Gness glad to be here!
Dave frothing & fretting about her and Siggy - he needs a double beer.
