Purple Blotches On My Arm.

Got two of these purple blotches on my arm. Two on right, one on left.
Had these before and fade After a week or so.
On lots of medications.
Could it be that?

I was helping my granddad (older than you) and I lifted him wrong. The bruise on his arm was horrendous.

Then I look at my mother, she's 66, doesn't smoke or drink and walks or cycles everywhere and is as fit as a fiddle..

Had an old three speed classic bike.
Loved it. We had history, supermarket trips since 2008.
Health prevented me riding it anywhere except around the churchyard next door.
Tatty and full of rust but worked a treat.
Then about two months ago it was stolen from back garden.
Gutted.
Like a cowboy losing his horse, nothing will replace it, not even a new bike or a new horse!
My mum has one of those fold up ones.

wouldn't trust myself on a bike nowadays, I'd just fall off :-)

I did too. Fell into road works on way back from the pub!
A few years ago I might add.
What's your diet like? And blood pressure?

I had a meeting with the pharmacist during the week and she couldn't stress enough how important diet and blood pressure is.

Blood pressure good.
One meal a day well balanced.
Sadly drink beer to relieve stress, at home never in pub these days.
Loads of us are guilty of using alcohol as a stress reliever. It just numbs you a bit. Don't think for a second I'm judging, I'm not x
