Missing Bluetooth

I have just bought a second hand Toshiba Satellite C850-1G2 laptop. It had been upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10. I have been setting it up but have discovered that there is no Bluetooth on this machine.I had been trying to pair it with another device unsuccessfully so ran the troubleshooter and was told there is no bluetooth installed.
I cannot find any information as to how I can reinstall it.Any help would be much appreciated!

Laptops came with or without Bluetooth....yours, without it seems. Add it with something like this..... Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

You’ll have to get a BT dongle. PC world sell them.

Thanks folks. I see that I can get a dongle from Amazon and I have Prime so can get it tomorrow.
