Does anyone else have an utterly frustrating time answering the same questions time after time on the Aviva website and getting nowhere.?
Are all insurance companies websites as useless?

Trying to log on to fill in a claim form .
Chat facility referred me to the phone which was first not available and then were too busy to reply in a reasonable time 16 mins. Chat facility could not help further even to the extent of solving the loop problem when trying to log in
