I've been marketing my services on Facebook. I've made sure to keep the location strictly within my working distance.

So far, so good. I've managed to collect a few new clients via facebook.. However, they all seem to be single mums. Sounds a bit odd, but i try and make my demographic strictly elder clients.. No specific reason why i just find they know what they want a bit more. However, of course i will happily take on new clients regardless of their gender or child count or relationship status. What kind of businessmun would i be if i didn't?
But... Anyone know how to direct my marketing a bit more? Maybe to the elder demographic?

Kind of, but not really. It does highlight why the 50 + market is perfect to market to though.

I want to keep marketing through my facebook page, not through silversurfers
It is possible that the silver surfers you are targeting don't do Facebook. I don't and none of my friends do. Yet we all use the internet regularly for many different things.

I did think that... However, facebook is free to use, so.. So far it's been a help
