can i sell my mobile?

please can some one help me I have a new nokia n96 which I would like to sell on as i dont really like it, it is with t mobile but seems to accept any sim. I will continue to use the sim card from thenokia n96 t mobile contract in my old phone therefore I will carry on paying for the contract, but is there anyway that the person I sell the phone to can put charges onto my t mobile account? which i will have to pay for? for example when they use the interent etc?

the phone is just a dumb bit of equipment, it is the sim card that is your account.

So yes you can sell it and no the buyer can not use your account as long as you keep your sim.
Me thinks someone has seen the prices the N96 is going for on eBay.....

yeah, I have seen the prices that they are going for and was shocked. That is one reason i want to sell it, it is also very over rated phone to be honest. too big and feels very cheap and plasticy, also the bbci player thing is a bit rubbish too. thought i could make some money from it?
