of my father-in-law.
Didn't go as planned, the music was a bit skewiff - in so far as what was supposed to have been sung wasn't.
I wasn't the only one who thought that was my FIL being a bit of a devil - wicked sense of humour.
The poor celebrant and the funeral guys were most apologetic.
But hey-ho, a difficult day has passed and so many were there to pay respects which was lovely.

The police had to be called as there was a battle, mainly women, and played of sandwiches were being used as weapons.

I'm glad your day is over and no sandwiches were thrown.
Some time ago a lady called Sally wanted that sung by Gracie Fields at her funeral. Unfortunately when the CD was played the first song was "Wish me luck as you wave me goodbye". It sounds as if your FIL would have enjoyed that.
I'm glad your difficult day went reasonably well & you'll have a smile when you think of it in the future x
