no doubt some lefty snowflakes brainwashed by anti British lefty teachers with no idea how ironic is that it's because of the courage of guys like those whose statues they vandalise they have the freedom to vandalise them.

Ellipsis - there has to be intent there to bring paint/spray with you.

Alcohol can be blamed for the morons who smash up a bus stop on a Saturday night.
Shocking. Almost as bad as PP's inane ramblings.
Who knows?
Destruction of places around the world for no apparent reason other than profit.
Plastic.
Amazon delivery not arriving.
Deforestation

It is annoying but a degree of perspective helps in dealing with it.

It's paint.
Did you see - BBC - breakfast tv this morning from RAF Lakenheath? Someone’s not following the AB script lol
No, give us a clue.
Ich - is that the one who will be doing the memorial? If so...very emotional.
Yes it was ummmm

I was answering your question / general point:

> I just don't understand vandalism for whatever reason. What enters peoples heads?

So yes, morons who smash up a bus stop on a Saturday night would be a good example.
re-erect the gallows in Newgate and hang 'em high. Or just spray some paint stripper on it.
I just concentrate on walking in a straight line :-D

Bomber Harris’s memorial was on the target list before it was erected.
Sir Winston Churchill and Sir Bernard Law Montgomery have also been previously desecrated.
:-(
Detest vandalism , if caught quickly then I'm up for them cleaning it by hand.
Utterly despicable act - yes, if those responsible are caught, they should be made to clean the statues. If they're caught after they've been cleaned, find something else that needs the same type of restoration & get them on that instead.
There is CCTV footage so maybe there is a chance
just what i was thinking, that if caught they should be made to clean them.
Offer a reward "for the arrest and conviction of those responsible." People who engage in this type of activity are bound to brag about it; therefore, at least one person. and likely more, knows who did it.
