Hi all, I currently have the start of a cold just now so have a sore throat and am all bunged up but feel fine from the neck down. I am supposed to be playing badminton after work, do you think it's okay to go and try and sweat the cold out of me??

Go and exercise. As long as you keep hydrated it will do you no harm. If anything it will make you feel better as when you exercise you release feel good endorphins.
Tricky. Some would say take a few days off. But then if you are used to the particular exercise regime then you can carry on but only with the low intensity exercises. If you over work yourself you can actually make it a lot worse. And as everyone said before drink plenty of fluids.
