When you connect a phone to a computer (whether that be via a USB cable or using Bluetooth) it's sometimes necessary to enable a setting on the phone so that it can behave like an external drive. Make & model of the phone, please?

iPhone 6s Plus ....my phone connects no problem to my car. Can’t even get my iPhone and iPad to connect thanks for help buenchico
This is suggested on a Microsoft forum:

1. Right click on Start and select Run, type services.msc and press Enter.

2. Search for Bluetooth Support Service and double click on it.

3. Click on General type, select Automatic under Startup Type.

4. Check if the issue is resolved, if not restart the system and check.
