Since it's a recently made-up word, pronounce it any way you like!
And, the word "biopic" doesn't need the word "film" after it.

When I first started seeing the word, I confused it with myopic, as in shortsighted, and pronounced it bye + O-pic, so as a result, I didn't understand what it meant.

Then one day I had a light-bulb moment, and suddenly saw it as bio + pic, and realised it was short for biographical picture. Then it all made sense!
