Yes it’s actually my mothers I pad.She was trying to update an app as it had requested her too but that message (can not connect etc)came up.My bright idea was to delete that app then re download it but of course I couldn’t connect to the AppStore.Her I pad is working fine otherwise.I will look at that link Buenchuco.Thankyou.
