Hi all,

I really need to know why i get itchy and prickly when it's cold outside - in fact, not always when it's cold. when i walk my dogs (or walk in general) i get really itchy legs after about 10 minutes. Its not insects or anything, it's my entire legs, they just itch like mad and get hot. i assume it's something to do with bad circulation, but its getting me down because i end up having to stop walking and go home and it's not fair on my dogs (plus i'm trying to do my 10,000 steps a day to be healthier). I'm currently sat in a cold room at work (wrapped up as much as i can be) and i'm not even moving and my legs are itchy - what's ging on??? Please help!

could you be allergic to something? if it was bad circulation you usually get pain in your calf muscles called claudication, check it out with your doc
Could it be a blood pressure problem? Make an appointment with your doctor to make sure.
