Does anyone have a recipe for mushy pea fritters? I don't have a deep fat fryer.Any recipes are welcome.

to keep the fritter in their shape. Just be careful when you lift the ring out of the frying pan.
Personally, I'd opt for the silicone egg rings/pancake moulds from Amazon....non-stick, not as deep and cheaper!
