I absolutely love the "Black Mirror" series. I would highly recommend it to everyone interested in dystopia sci-fi. All of them are frightening glimpses into the possible misuse of technology. Like Orwell's “1984”, they are a warning. Not that everyone sees them in that way – China has just implemented a version of the social media rating system depicted in season 3, episode 1: Nosedive. Truly terrifying.

But I digress. Bandersnatch, released on Friday, 28th December 2018 is a bit of a departure from the aforementioned. It's an interactive film of sorts that demands that the viewer make choices on behalf of the main character. Personally, despite very good performances from everyone involved, I was disappointed overall. It didn't work for me.

Anyone else seen it?

Not on Netflix. I saw some Black Mirror when it ws on C4 but no intention of joining and paying for a streaming service. Granted, it'd be easier to do the interaction on Netflix than on C4 though :-)

Maybe you made unfortunate choices ? Perhaps you needed more do-overs, or try again from scratch.
