I have had many sleepless nights due to RLS, but recently been eating a few sticks of celery every day for the potassium and magnesium.
Not a perfect cure, but the improvement has been amazing.
Hope this helps other sufferers.

I use calmagzinc, either the tablets or the liquid.
Good tip. I've only had it a few times and it's really frustrating.
