Can anyone answer my query @ 18:21?
Bit perplexed by this. Thanks.
"The airport is open, there just are no flights in or out" !!! And your local supermarket is open, it's just that you can't buy anything. Jeez, only in the UK, surely - how can you claim the airport is open ? That is the claim of 24 hours opening (pretty much every major airport in the country) when even airside is closed ("everybody out") for 4-5 hours every day in this place.
Nailit, I am unsure how practical it is to do this by drone. However, there are helicopters which can lock onto targets and in my simplicity I would have thought it was a dawdle to track a drone that way. Mind you, the controller could then lead the forces on a merry chase by simply dumping a cheap drone in a "useful" place - again and again.
Nailit, Part 2: Apparently some methods have been developed including: Laser techniques to immobilise the drone; Special cannons that fire netting over the drone and bring it down; Trained eagles with armoured legs and feet attack the drone and bring it down.
Sounds reasonable to me nailit, however I am doubting that the armed services dont have some way of sorting this if they really want to. It could be they need to apprehend the scumbag.

Personally I would like to see the POS apprehended then given a slap on the wrist with photo, name and address given. I give them ten mins before an ambulance or undertaker is required. Maybe then such ilk will get the message.

For Funks Sake has anyone woken ummmm up?
What do you want Ummmm for?
What?
ummmm "They need to find the effer and lock them up. " - please use english love.
I can't. It wouldn't pass the swear filter.
