Very clever.
Maybe very amusing is better.
Micheal Portillo was brilliant. loved it,
Didn't watch it, but it usually appears on youtube and I'll look out for it then.
Portillo has had a strange career, son of a radical left-wing father, became a spoilt child TV advertising figure, (The Crunchie Bar Kid) then an odious smart-a***d politician.
Deservedly losing his seat seemed to by the making of him, his train journey films will run forever and give him a handsome pension for life.
He has now matured into being sound and apposite spokesman for non-politically orientated common sense.
I really value his judgement and look forward to his 'This Week' comments on all subjects.
will be on iplayer later....last "this week" of the year
