I have vertigo at the moment - I get it every few months and it usually goes again after a few weeks. This time it's in my left ear only, and doesn't show any sign of going - I've had it for nearly two months.
If I do the B-D exercises, do I need to lie down on my right side as well as the left, as I don't go dizzy when I lie on my right side?
Hope that's clear!
Help appreciated.

I presume that you have had a diagnosis of BPPN made by an E.N.T Consultant following various tests.

In direct answer to your question......Yes....the procedure that you have described for your left side has to be repeated on your right side.

If the answer to my original question is in the negative, then i suggest you should get the diagnosis confirmed.

I was just wondering why I had to lie on my right side when there's no dizziness on that side.
Thanks for the clarification.
