My neighbours are so annoying, one has a dog that won't shut up no matter how much chocolate you throw over the fence, the other cuts his grass every Sunday (not recently to be fair) at about 7AM which i'm usually tired of hearing by Sunday.

So.. To make this year a bit more festive and cheerful between us all, i'm going to send some Christmas cards with offensive messages like "To the **** with the barking dog, have an absolutely ***** Christmas" and i'll sign it from the neighbour over who cuts his grass... then send a card to the **** that cuts his grass and sign it from the dog owner.

Bliss.

HereIAm, correct i do like dogs. However they can make me nervous at times. I prefer a cats company but i like both species.

even if i did not like dogs though, i would never harm one. Especially in the way mentioned in my OP... imagine if the papers got hold of that!! Local gardener throws chocolates in dog owners garden! It'd be the end of thistle trimmings for good.

I have something similar to this that stops my neighbours South African ridgebacks barking. Brilliant guard dogs- they are protecting several thousand £s of coy - but don't need the noise when someone is walking 25 metres away.

Spath would knock giving them chocolate on the head they are probably barking to get your attention and some treats

Hc yes dogs seem to get accustomed to them overtime. I just have a chat with with them while I passing gate and they shut up. Mind you they have scared a few delivery drivers.
