I have no idea yet what I am doing, but I have more than half the grid filled.

I do not know why 33a becomes Goliard from Glad.

Also I have first 3 words and last two words around the eprimeter.

help with:
7. Unlimited client waivers, with charges covered internally (5) LEN?D
An extra letter to be removed. Wavers , I extra?

4. Anxiety for some cowmen after rearing herds(6)

6.Make stone face turn outwards, right at the top (5)

Thanks.

Thanks ProfessorMaisie.
Finally Grid is complete.
12d is A cross with a loop at top.
Not sure how it parses.

Thanks Neveracrossword and roslyn.
12 'before' = A + N(etwork)K voided + H(ospital).
... to make sense of 8dn you need to drop the 'h' from 'then' to read -
'si(x) ten drops...' (giving the SI bit).

Thanks ProfessorMaisie.

I keep on forgetting that before = A.
It started appearing a few times in the last few weeks.
How do 28d and 35a parse please?

28d Change line without meaning to, upsetting Internet provider
35a Part of Cinderella perhaps regularly seconded at pantos
35a. The o in pantos is dropped.
It's then an anagram from 'seconded at' using the usual 'regularly' indicator.

28 C(hang)E L(ine) 'without' 'meaning'= 'hang' TO ['upsetting' is the anagram indicator] = TELCO
Thanks to Cloverjo and profMaisie
I've seen a much better explanation for VACANT on another site - mine looks to be wrong (sorry!).
