Choice is strong painkillers which send me to sleep or normal ones, take the edge off, do some yoga and hope it eases. Need to be awake for sport on tv. So it's going to be that and knitting. Couldn't let my aches and pains bother me before. Too much else to worry about. Tea first though, and breakfast before ibuprofen.

strong painkillers made my stomach upset, but these muscle relaxants worked a treat.

Hi Emmie. Got in at 02.30 after son's company's Christmas bash (hence the lie in).
