Just saw that silly advert for the little spray to freshen the toilet. At the end of it the woman is gift wrapping loads of them for Christmas presents. Imagine being on the receiving end of that gift! ;-))

Hmmmm.....whatever floats your boat lol. Spose a gift is a gift even to it's and divert lol.
...an advert!! Damned text...sorry.
you are late to the party...that ad was around last christmas as well
A Xmas toilet brush? Festive bog rolls? What happened to Jesus, or is there too much religion in Xmas?
Festive Loo, why not?

You're not suggesting we put Baby Jesus down the toilet Theland are you?

That would be awful.
I used to buy festive loo roll but its always a bit sandpapery so i ended up just haning it up for show and it never got used. Still like a christmassy kitchen roll though.
Kate Botley (female vicar seen on TV) says that they have a tradition in their house that the baby Jesus isn't put into the manger until christmas day....its not an uncommon tradition......but in her house they hide him in the fruit bowl!
That's acceptable.
It gets more tacky and blasphemous every year.
What's the matter, Theland? You seem very grumpy today.
No one is under obligation to be tacky, do it differently Theland.
/// is there too much religion in Xmas? ///

Of course there is, it was a lovely pagan festival until your lot came along and usurped it.
I gave himself a spray of V I Poo last year...very expensive but possibly does render going to the loo after someone who has just lost half a stone using said loo a tad more acceptable....we all love a jokey gift surely?!
mamya, I thought it was a lovely idea. I collect nativities though so I'd need a giant fruit bowl.
You would , yes - we had a wonderful Nativity scene when I was a child. Hand carved wood.

A few years ago I knitted a pretty one for my Granddaughter too.
