Hi I was taking about horrific cinematics with my partner last night comparing our opinions and I said the worst thing I ever saw was a Creepy World War I film, might have been TV, where a young injured guy is in a trench and someone has covered him up with a blanket and he looks down and the bottom of the blanket is moving and he pulls it off and he's being eaten alive by rats. I think it was an eerie film rather than an outright horror film.
I can't remember another thing about it as I'd be quite young when I saw it so it would have come onto TV I'm guessing 2002-2012 ish, no idea who was in it. I don't doubt if you saw it you'll remember it, it was that terrible and distressing.
Does anyone have an idea what it might be please as I'd like to show him?
Thanks in advance x

Yes! Thank you Jo, that is it! I hope it's as bad as I remember it being, it absolutely chilled me to the core when I was a little girl :)

Thanks again x
You're welcome x
I've a feeling that's one I've seen. If so I thought it was rather good. Sort of supernatural flavour wasn't it ? Like sorting those willing to help one's fellow human beings from those unable to switch away from hating the enemy ?
Yes. I enjoyed it too.
