I bought a Tesco ready meal. Did not read the small print, 'not suitable for freezing'. What happens if I eat it? Awful taste , or will it make me ill?

I survived! It was a low calorie meal. Maybe that's why freezing instructions different?
Shan't bother again. Not really very tasty, it was a bit dry (and not that low cal either).
