"Spath...I'm half Italian"

so? Doesn't mean you decide what is and isn't allowed on pizza, are you a racist?? ;) ;) ;)
It is common belief that pizza was an invention by the Italians. However, the history of pizza goes back to the ancient times in the Middle East. The Greeks, Egyptians, Armenians, Israelis, and Babylonians were making some derivative of pizza in the ancient times. They would cook flat bread in mud ovens.
They probally used pineapple also cus they weren't so stuck on mozorella, basil and tommy K ;)
I don't like pizza
Unless pizza has become protected food like Stilton then we can call it pizza if it has pineapple in it.
Spath I have never eaten frozen pizza
I'm not keen either, hc.
err..
tomatoes are fruit

pineapple on pizza is an abomination
I love cheese on toast, ummm - as long as the bread is thick and the cheese extra mature :)
I do too. Cheese, tomatoes and raw onion on toast. Much nicer than pizza.
I would eat a pineapple and Stilton pizza
I wouldn't get out of bed for Pizza. Horrible unhealthy dough imo.
Give me a Welsh Rarebit ( Cardiff Virgin) topped with a grilled tomato, grilled bacon and poached egg any day.
You clearly dont have smell-vision
Durian pongs something awful
presumably that cooks off -

other stuff you should beware is Miloha ( stink fish from Egypt.) Egyptians in 1980 told me a miloha factory had been raided as they thought there was a decomposing human body in side. yeah you put in your mouth and eat it

//Give me a Welsh Rarebit ( Cardiff Virgin)//

called a cardiff virgin as that is fairly rare I suppose ?
That Egyptian fish potion reminds me of Surstromming. Equally explosive. potent, smelly and hazardous

I have smelt Durian before it is vile.

It is banned from most airlines.
Whilst I don't tend to like to mix sweet and savoury as a rule, I've enjoyed pizza with pineapple before now. (I think the baking might help blend the flavours.) I don't find it any more unusual than, say, a ham & tomato sandwich. I think too much fuss is made of it.
Sweet does go well with savory. Pork and apple, duck and plum, turkey and cranberry etc
Generally speaking I'd disagree, the sweet takes over and you have a dessert dinner. Save the fruit for the fruit pie.
I have no problem with certain traditional sweet and savoury combos but pineapple on so-called pizza should be banned.
