*At that time*, he acted bravely & I doubt he had any thought of reward for his actions. The donations were made in good faith & perhaps with the right guidance, he'll now be able to get his life back on track. Good on him, I say.

I was pleased to see the fella acting up - In Manchester we were all sad I think to find the homeless fella who held hands and was a good egg in the immediate aftermath ( firemen running in opposite direction etc) DID in fact rob the bodies..... ugh.
and then tried to use their debit cards for cash forgetting there are CCTV at every point.
( and he didnt get the moolah donated for him )

trivia Rick may have said, play it, but Sam, (Dooley Wilson) didn't know how to play the piano. In the film the piano was empty and the music came from a pianist located behind the camera.
