I was just in the middle of typing a reply on AnswerBank (Windows 7 PC with Chrome browser) when a message came up and overlaid the AnswerBank window saying it had detected my Windows system had not been updated and it was going to delete all my files.

A clock then counted down till file deletion.

I closed my browser and then ran CCleaner to remove all temporary and internet files.

Must admit I am now VERY reluctant to use AB again.

Or malware picked up earlier ?
If cleaning temp files wirked, probably a bluff.
The AnswerBank is a secure website.
I've had "Congratulation Ipad User" popup a few minutes ago.
