A bit of a mixed bag today left me pondering for longer than usual.
Plumped for a punt at Doncaster in the end, but with a very low stakes mugs bet over the jumps.

Crystal Hope @12/1 1.30 Doncaster*
Librisa Breeze @5/1 2.05 Doncaster*
Royal Line @ 6/1 3.15 Doncaster*
St Peters Basilica @6/1 3.50 Doncaster

£1.00 E/W Acca.4 X 30p Doubles. 6 X 30p Trebles. £5.00 Stake

Also did a daft bookies benefit bet.
King Leon @ 16/1 2.30 Kelso, King's Odyssey @13/2 2.40 Aint, Yorkist @14/1 3.20 Aint, Kings Lad @20/1 3.35 Winc.

25p E/W Acca, 10p E/W doubles and trebles. £2.50 total Stake.

Best of luck, Togo. Not looked yet. Just been having a bit of a look at tonight's fight between Bellew and Usyk which, according to the bookies' prices, looks a one sided affair. On the one hand, you have a boxer on the point of retiring (though if he wins, what price he gets into the ring again?) and a guy who, after just 15 pro fights, now holds 4 titles and is looking for a match with Anthony Joshua. I do believe that Bellew will need a k.o. to win and i don't see that happening. I've had a tenner on Usyk to win in rounds 7-9 @ 9/2. Back with my selections later.

That Usyk is a bit tasty Ken. Story goes that when Klitschko was in his pomp they used to bring in sparring partners to do 3 round stints. They brought in Usyk, then relatively unknown apart from his Olympic gold, who proceeded to give Klischko a good hiding and they pulled him after only 2 rounds. No doubting Bellow is a brave and resilient man, but this looks beyond him for me.
Why the asterisks on the first 3 named horses, Togo?

Taken enhanced places Ken.
Of course, i should have realised :-/

2.40 Ain; Martiloo @ 8/1
2.45 Don; Mr Top Hat @ 10/1
3.15 Don; Everything for you @ 14/1 (12s for 6 places)
3.35 Win; Bigbadjohn @ 10/1

Win singles, 20p unlucky 15, £1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £228, 4 winners =£16,715

Also like the fact that Maid In India (2.05 Don) is 2/2 over CD and isn't ground dependant. So i've had £2.50 e.w. on @ a boosted 15/1 (14s) so a place gets me £10, a win £50.

Once again, good luck.

Bit of an exciting hour Ken. Covered the last 4 runners from both bets. Nice 150/1 double and 3 place doubles and a place treble. £90 odd back and England going well. Need a lie down.
Wouldn't have known about your double, Togo, had i not had a peek at your rugby thread. Well done mate :-) My only success was a quid fifty e.w. on My Boy Lewis (oldest grandson!) in the last at Donny. Doesn't put me in the black, but it sure takes the sting out of the day. And i also got my stake back on my usual Burnley bet as it was a 0-0 'bore draw'. So i've re-staked it on a little acca in tonight's games hoping for a £188 return.

Haha good man Ken. I will pull my horns in for the weekend I think. Of to S.O.T on Tuesday to see the WW1 mural painted by the returning potters in 1918. Meet a brother and view the records that carry our family name. Pays for a pint and a bit of lunch.

I was sweating on the last runner Ken. A winner there would have been a belter. Ahh well said the soul, Ahh soul said the well.
I, too, was left sweating on my acca tonight, Togo. Waiting for Napoli away win when rain interrupted the match with the home side, Genoa, 1-0 ahead. Just checked the final result now - through my fingers :-) - to see that Napoli had won 2-1, thanks to an 86th minute own goal. And the prices must have fluctuated 'cos i got £205.50 back. £175 of which is now winging it's way through cyberspace to my bank account. Turned out nice again :-)
