Experiencing stress (to a greater or lesser extent) is a part of the human condition.
How do others here cope when presented with stressful experiences?
TV?, Meditation?, Drink?
Thanks. :-)

If I'm really stressed out, I lie down on the sofa with a blanket over me and go to sleep for at least an hour. Usually works.
Go down the Pub and get a few Pints of Finest IPA inside you.

If Im not drinking (which I try not to) I pop pills...zopi's, benzo's of one kind or another etc. Tried meditation and the new buzz word of mental health services, mindfulness. Tried the hot bath and a nice cup of tea approach and listening to some relaxing music etc. But chemicals of one kind or another do it for me at this moment in time.

Sorry to hear that nailit - not sure that chemicals are of much use in the long term, but whatever floats your boat.

Thanks Maggie.
Chemicals don't really 'float my boat' as such but whatever gets us bye I guess. We are all just trying to get by the best way we can at any given time. :-)
