Togo - Hugh was the guitarist and lead singer with The Stranglers. The bass player was, and remains, Jean-Jaques Burnel.

I loved The Stranglers and saw them live a few years ago (sadly without Hugh). I think JW spoke to Jet Black too a few months ago or maybe just mentioned he had just celebrated his 80th birthday! 80-incredible.
