We have a Panasonic TV, connected to our PlusNet router, which happily plays content from Now and other internet services. However, whenever we try to play anything from BT Sport - accessed on the browser (we don't have an account, but our son does and we want him to be able to watch when he visits) the picture freezes and buffers, making it unwatchable. There's no problem with the system on our laptop computer. Any ideas why the same system doesn't work on the 'big screen'?

BT suggested connecting the TV and router with an ethernet cable, but that has made no difference at all.

What internet service do you have. Buffering usually implies your internet speed is insufficient - you will probably need fibre to watch live sport.

That's disappointing! Thanks, though, for the answer.
