I'm ready with some goodies. Don't tend to get many but they've always been very polite little ones with adults with them. No tricking, just collecting goodies. I'd love to experience Hallowe'en in the States one year.

Canada is similar, Eve....and I loved it. I was taken into hospital late one October and took all the makings for my son's devil costume with me....couldn't miss out on that!
It's fun there.....all the parents accompany the children....as is becoming the norm here.....just a neighbourly and enjoyable evening.....I hope it grows and grows..... :-)

No. No one would venture down the country lanes with no lighting and only a few houses that are scattered around. No children about here any more. Any way, if they did knock they would probably run a mile when they see an old witch!
