I take Levothyroxin, can I take Zinc tablets as well to help my immune system?

Yes you can, but if you think that Zinc will boost your immune system (whatever that means).......good luck.

I saw that...it was an article by Dr Michael Mosley. Of 5:2 diet fame.
There do seem to be studies...no, I've not analysed them. ;-)

seems to be written by someone completely deranged
( 2 billion cases of zn deficiency in this world today !)
Wouldnt it just be better to just eat more foods that contain zinc? These include seafood, raspberries, blueberries, pomegranates,apricots, peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and nuts, so plenty to choose from.
Cheaper to take the tablets.
yeah I think I must be zb deficient
