I think if anything we're discovering that fossil fuels aren't the way to go. So why would we jeopardise our natural landscape and the saftey of our roads, towns and buildings?

We can't just keep relying on fossil fuels. At the very best, fracking postpones the inevitable changes which are urgently needed on our energy supplies. At worst it is extremely harmful.
