I'm forever thinking something was a few months ago when in fact it was a few years ago. Does it happen to us all at my age!?

Yip, I listen to music that I thought came out a couple of years ago only to find out it was in the 90s. It's your age ducky!
Yep all the time. Listening to pop master on radio 2 I'm always at least 10 years out with music. The vet came recently to x ray one of my horses feet and asked when the last time he had them done. I said last year (2017) She checked then said no, it was 2016
Absolutely! Someone once explained it mathematically to me (very boring) and it's to do with ratios. Eg If you are 10 yrs old 1/10th of your life is 1 year - if you are 70 it is 7yrs..... or something on those lines. Jim could probably explain it better. :)

That makes sense Jourdain, a lifetime ago really does depend on how long your life is!

The older you get time gets shorter.
