No, he's in a very submissive position.
Where is his collar then? ;)
He looks happy enough to me.
What a lot of shampoo he needs! He will need throwing in the swimming pool to rinse that lot off.
I've seen it before and there was much disagreement as to whether the dog was having fun, or not.

I try not to jump to conclusions but it looks chilled and relaxed. One of my dogs would have loved having a bath like that and the other would have gone into a total panic at the prospect of water getting near him.

the dog does not look in any way panicy or stressed
The dog was not having fun wolf, like I said, he's being submissive. Poor thing.
Then where is the collars!? What about a leash? ;)
A dog doesn't need a collar or leash to feel dominated - it's a state of mind, not a physical restraint
Its a natural behaviour for a dog to be dominated, its a pack animal. That does not mean its not enjoying the experience.
Certainly looks relaxed to me. He closes his eyes for a spell on a couple of occasions, as if he's about to fall asleep. If he were fretting in any way he would be quite agitated.
Some dogs hate being bathed !
