237.......LOL.....Why indeed pay £99 when you could just nip your nostrils and blow into your nose?

The mechanism is fine, but the price is exorbitant, also nasal decongestants, e'g Ephedrine and Otrovine do the same thing (opening the Eustachian tube) and are cheaper.

Apparently, you are supposed to swallow while using it. I tried holding my nose and blowing whilst swallowing today as I have never done that before. Gosh, it was horrible. I must have put so much pressure on my eardrums I swear the radio was quieter afterwards - I thought I had done some damage!
