I know this sounds a bit strange, but does anyone here forget to eat?
Been at my voluntary work all day. Didn't fancy any breakfast so cut up extra sandwiches, intending to have one for breakfast when I got there. Been busy all day and it was only on the bus on the way home at 3.45 that I realised that I still had both my breakfast and dinner in my rucksack. I then realised that I was actually hungry and demolished the lot on the bus!

Oh! I wish I could forget. I'll feel 'hungry' just at the thought or smell of food. Not easy when I'm at work. That's not the same as real, physical hunger. I think Chris has the right idea...eat only when hungry, and eat enough to carry you through to the next meal...without fainting. ;-). Actually, retro is probably doing what's right for himself also.
Not so much forgetting, Nailit as only eating when I'm hungry. Today, for instance, I have eaten nothing yet but will have a meal in an hour or so.....x
Me, forget to eat!!?? I live to eat. Already planning meals for tomorrow.

Just realised the irony of it...
Ive spent all day in a warehouse full of food, marking it up, crating it etc. I think maybe Im just subconsciously sick of the sight of food while Im surrounded by it :-)
swap my salmon for your corned beef sarnie, nailit
float a ship, retro, you could get a job with the RNLI.....
don't even think of eating till around noon...loads of tea before then, and if going out will probably not eat anything at all 'till around 5pm..as today...and that will be my lot
Yep....I rarely feel hungry.
