chia seeds
I asked myself the same question follyf. The woman was eating chia seeds beforehand, but these were a ground seed mix and a substitute. I might try googling the programme as I'd like to try them. I'll let you know if I find anything.
Was it quinoa? ( Keen wah )
Chia seeds tend to be used in smoothies or to make a pudding as they expand in liquid.
Quinoa adds a texture to oats.

Just looked - she normally uses chia seed and husks but the cheaper alternative that they gave her was chia seed, hemp and linseed.

I have not heard of Cia but I just Googled it and a bag costs about £46

Yes Waitrose looks a better option thank you
There are cheaper places than Waitrose though. If you can live without the hemp seeds, you can get golden milled linseed in Aldi (I put it in my bread machine) for £1.79 and chia seeds for £1 in Sainsburys and 89p in Asda. Then you can mix it up yourself (the Waitrose mix only has 10% chia anyway, most of it's linseed
I watched again it was described as a super seed mix, but not specific. think I'll look for a seed mix in either the supermarket or local health food shop.
