Some running about and shoplifting this morning, this afternoon I can do most of the prep for tomorrows lunch party. I'm looking forward to that. So that's the next couple of days taken care of.

Sainsbury have black carrots at the moment, I think I saw some in amid as well. Much healthier as loads more antioxidants.

I had better get a move on as well, meeting a friend this morning and want to pick up a few bits before I do. Need a new timer, last one ended up in the bath while I was colouring my hair.
